If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund and returns policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. Just make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Our CornStars LLC Refund and Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at [email protected] to see how we can make it right for you!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and contain the original packaging. Please reference your receipt number when contacting us about your return. You are responsible for shipping the unit(s) back to CornStars LLC for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
